What Does the Tulip Flower Mean?

How Should Tulips Be Cared For, and How Long Do They Stay Fresh?

Once cut, tulips can stay fresh in a vase for five to seven days on average, though proper care can extend this period. Change the vase water every two days, trim the stem ends slightly with scissors, and keep the flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources such as radiators. It's worth knowing that in the first days after delivery, tulip stems may stretch and bend slightly — this is normal behavior and does not mean the flowers are damaged.
